Absolute disgrace
Whatever you do, do not leave anything on a citylink or megabus. We knew straight away a phone had been left on the bus seat and tried to retrieve it from citylink. They refuse to deal with any lost property. Nobody will talk to you. You have to register the item and wait 2 weeks, what a joke. Who's waiting two weeks without a phone or a wallet? What if it was medication etc? Citylink is an absolute disgrace.

Shame on Citylink
Horrific - citylink just allowed my paraplegic dad (aged 68) and anxious 70yr old mum onto the bus at Harthill and took them to Glasgow. When they got on the same bus back to their car, they were humiliated and ordered off because dad's chair was "too big". Apparently it grew while in the sunshine in Glasgow and could no longer fit. So they left them in Glasgow.
When I complained, they sent me an extract of their rule book on the size of wheelchairs to justify their action. Sympathetic, huh?
I am horrified that nobody was willing to use common sense and get my parents back to their car, and advise them the chair was not suitable for future travel. Or refused to take them in the first place if the chair was too big, at least then they were still at their car.
This is unforgiveable and completely lacks humanity. Shame on Citylink.
Great service between Glasgow and…
Great service between Glasgow and Edinburgh clean bus runs on time got us there faster than the train and there’s one every 15 minutes.
Good experience
Recently travelled from Aberdeen to Edinburgh.
Booked online quickly and received instant confirmation with a ticket number and booking reference.
Boarded the bus and found it clean and COVID prepared with spaced seating.
The bus both departed and arrived on time. Pleasant and professional driver. Would use them again

The worst bus company you can travel…
The worst bus company you can travel with.
They offered a refund voucher that didn't work twice and their customer service is sooooo slow that you need to manage everything by your own. It's sad that this is the biggest bus company in Scotland!

Citylink Edinburgh-Glasgow 900 Bus.
Citylink Edinburgh-Glasgow 900 Bus.
On Friday night, 16th October at 22.25 the 900 bus did not pick up any passengers at Maxim park.
There was a temporary bus stop where 7 passengers were waiting. The bus driver went to the orginal bus stop( 200 yards away) despite a sign saying road closed, and the bus shelter being taped up to stop people using it. Maybe this driver was doing it all day.
I have used this service for 3 weeks, but in a previous evening the bus did not visit Maxim Park at all despite an established timetable. 2 out of 15 is not a good bus service.
Amazing, fast customer service through Twitter
Amazing customer service! I purchased two 3 day explorer passes with tracked shipping to mainland Europe, but never received a confirmation-of-shipping-email.
I contacted them on Twitter and got a quick response from Rebecca, who could (after I sent proof of purchase through Direct Message) tell me the tickets were on the way, and she gave me the tracking number as well. I was afraid traveling in Scotland was going to be a problem if we wouldn't receive the passes, but all is fine, thanks to their quick response.
Citylink Gold merits its name.
I am a regular passenger with Citylink Gold, particularly on their Glasgow to Inverness service. The service provided is first class, regularly exceeds my very demanding expectations and in my opinion they are simply the best bus company in the UK. The onboard catering is excellent, the staff are very hard working, often going above and beyond to provide an extremely high level of customer service in what must be a difficult job and Claire in particular puts a smile on my face whenever I travel with her. I had one exceptionally memorable journey with them when there was live entertainment on the bus.

Nothing Unusual
This is just the normal service for this "Company" at this time of year. They never prepare for the Christmas Rush properly and even reduce couriers to ensure they achieve their budget which ends at the end of December funilly enough. "Card left" and "Unable to Locate" are used when the drivers have run out of time. This is the reason why you wil receive a card today and then the drive cannot find it tomorrow. Oh and dont rely on the website saying its out fo delivery. The depots are not big enough to cope during busy periods and parcels left in depots due to lack of resources are scanned "on a scanner which is given a route number" purely to try and track the same mess they have made for decades. "Trust me I know from personal Experience"
